  • Please include a photo of the item and packaging.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days after approval.

  • Check with your bank or credit card company if it hasn’t appeared.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
